For Benny’s Chophouse owner and namesake, food and hospitality have always been a passion and way of life.
Benny opened his first Volare restaurant in 1997. This well-known and well respected Chicago Italian restaurant has built a loyal following of not just the food but of Benny himself. In 2008, Benny opened his second Volare location in suburban Oakbrook Terrace and is thrilled to begin a new venture with Benny’s Chophouse. If you have even been in one of his places, you’re bound to see Benny in action, with an obvious energy, passion and genuine love for his work and customers.
Benny’s mission for his Chop House is to be known as “not just another steak house”!
